I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated right on a small canal away from the main streets. The view from my room was stunning, with the canal right outside my window. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning options. The housekeeping staff kept my room spotlessly clean, and the laundry service was convenient. Additionally, the airport shuttle service made it easy to get to and from the hotel. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. I especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The in-room breakfast was a delightful way to start the day, and the bar/lounge area provided a cozy spot to relax in the evening.

We stayed in a hotel located in the heart of the city, close to major attractions like museums and the Rialto Bridge. It was situated right on a small canal, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling streets. The room we had was comfortable and clean, with a spacious en-suite bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with information about the city. The breakfast offered a good selection of food, including fruits, pastries, and eggs.

We found that the lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to see properly at times.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is really close to St Mark's Square and all the major attractions in the area. The rooms are elegant and beautifully decorated with fabric wall coverings. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are good, with adequate showers. The breakfast served in the small breakfast room is generally good, especially the croissants. There are also comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel where you can relax and enjoy a drink. The hotel offers a private water taxi, which is a nice convenience for guests.

The service at the hotel was excellent, with a warm welcome and helpful concierge staff. The hotel's central location made it easy to access key attractions and landmarks. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice waterfront view.

The noise from the garbage collection boat in the mornings was loud and disrupted our sleep. The hotel's exterior was in need of some maintenance, with peeling paint and a rough appearance.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. Best aspects were the cleanliness of the hotel, the variety and quality of the breakfast, and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was conveniently located in between the main attractions, making it easy for us to explore. We particularly appreciated being able to take a water taxi door to door, which saved us from dragging our luggage over bridges. The hotel was also situated right on the canal, providing a beautiful view.

My recent stay at Aqua Palace was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, as it was right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions. I was actually surprised by the spacious and well-equipped room, and the large bathroom was a bonus. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, like the occasional noise from the canal in the mornings and the challenge of finding the hotel in the maze-like streets of Venice, my experience at Aqua Palace was overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a terrific stay at this beautiful hotel near Rialto and St Mark's Square! The private water taxi they arranged for me was worth every penny, providing a fine ride to the hotel. The suite I booked was great with its spaciousness and elegant decor. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options including mouthwatering croissants. The location was perfect for exploring Venice's main attractions. The staff, especially Silvia, were warm and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous experience in Venice.
